Parts & Service Writer Is Responsible For:
- Sea-Doo Parts Lookup and Availability
- Sea-Doo Parts Ordering and Receiving
- Pulling Inventory for Sales/Service
- Writing up Service Work
- Stocking the Store
- Responsible for maintaining store inventory
- Answering Phones
- Cashier
- Opening and Closing Store
- Storage
- We are a small business operation – position requires you to be willing and able anything needed throughout the marina
Qualifications:
- Need Rounded Knowledge and Experience of Marine Industry
- Computer literacy and knowledge of office software programs – Marine software is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong record keeping skills
- The ability to understand and relate technical issues to the service team from customers’ non-technical descriptions
- The ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull of up to 50 lbs
